General Info

International customers, you are responsible for any duties or customs that may be charged.

If you need items in your order bundled seperately (i.e. one item is a gift or you and a friend are ordering together), just let me know in the comment box on the checkout page!

My order arrived damaged / I never received my order / I'm missing an item / I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact me either here or by email if you notice an issue with your order!

Take photos of your order when you receive it. This will be needed if an insurance claim has to be filed.

A good rule of thumb for photos is:

•  a photo of all your items, focusing on any damaged goods. 
•  a photo of the exterior packaging, focusing on any damage.
•  a photo of the interior, including what the items were wrapped in.

Domestic US Orders: Shipping includes insurance up to $100 USD. If your order was shipped via USPS, you will be filing the claim if the order is damaged or lost by the carrier. If your order was shipped via UPS, I will file.

International Orders: Shipping includes insurance for your order. I will be filing the claim in the case of the carrier damaging or losing your order.

How long will preorders take?

Please check the Preorder Status page for current information! I'll also update on social media, but that page will have the latest news first.

I'm basing the planned timeline on my past experience with the manus used. Things like US holidays can delay mail.

Will you ship to my country?

If your country isn't available during checkout, you can contact me here or via email to ask, and I'll see what I can do!

I will be looking into Etsy as an option, but I currently cannot ship to the EU or UK.

Please also check USPS here to see if your country is listed under their service suspensions. If it's listed, I cannot ship to you at all. Also check at the bottom of the page in case your country has any expected delays even if service is available!
